1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Eloquent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Eloquent is an AI-powered language learning application that provides:

• •Conversation practice with AI tutors
• •Pronunciation assessment and training
• •Personalized vocabulary building
• •Structured lessons and progress tracking
• •Daily practice reminders and streak tracking

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Eloquent. You may sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Eloquent offers both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Key terms:

• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• •Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase
• •You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's app store settings
• •No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• •Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency
• •Premium includes up to 10 hours of practice per month (120 hours per year on the annual plan)

5. User Content and Data

When you use Eloquent, you generate content including voice recordings, conversation transcripts, and practice data. You retain ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant Eloquent a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your personal content to third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content

Eloquent uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, assessments, and learning content. AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. Eloquent is not a substitute for professional language instruction, certified translation, or academic assessment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• •Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• •Use automated tools or bots to access the service
• •Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

Eloquent and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eloquent and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eloquent is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eloquent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the application. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal resolution.
